The Intuit.me/mgr portal is your central hub for QuickBooks Desktop Manager. From here, you can download installers, manage licenses, and activate your product.
Step 1: Sign In to Intuit.me/mgr

Go to Intuit.me/mgr in your browser.

Click Sign In and enter your Intuit Account credentials.

If you don’t have an account, select Create Account.
Step 2: Navigate to Downloads

Once logged in, go to the Downloads & Updates section.

Choose your country, product, and version of QuickBooks Desktop.

Click Search to find the correct installer.
Step 3: Download the Installer

Click Download to save the installer file to your computer.

Keep your license and product number handy — you’ll need them during installation.
Step 4: Install QuickBooks Desktop

Run the installer file.

Choose Express Install (recommended) or Custom Install if you want to specify location/settings.

Follow the on‑screen instructions until installation is complete.
Step 5: Activate QuickBooks

Open QuickBooks after installation.

Sign in with your Intuit Account.

Enter your license and product number to activate.
