Forgetting your Intuit User ID can be frustrating, but Intuit provides simple recovery options through Intuit.me/mgr and the Intuit Account Manager.
What Is an Intuit User ID?
Your Intuit User ID is the credential associated with your Intuit account. Depending on your account setup, it may be:
- Your registered email address
- A unique username created during registration
- An identifier used across multiple Intuit services
The User ID helps Intuit recognize your account and securely authenticate your login.

- The system says your User ID is incorrect.
- You have multiple email addresses and are unsure which one is linked to your account.
